How do payments work?
Typically 50% to start and 50% before launch for projects; retainers are billed monthly in advance.
What if I need changes after launch?
Small fixes are covered for 30 days; larger changes are scoped separately or included in a retainer.
How long does a project take?
Websites typically take 2–4 weeks; automation and AI systems are phased, with the first release usually within weeks.
How involved do I need to be?
A kickoff workshop, milestone reviews and timely feedback.
What happens after launch?
We measure, improve and report every month through the Growth & Automation Retainer, if you choose to continue.
