What is Orbirise?
A Business Growth & Digital Systems company that designs connected website, AI and automation systems for service and knowledge businesses.

We are remote-first and work with clients worldwide, scheduling calls across time zones.

What's the difference between a system and a service?
A service is one capability, like SEO. A system combines capabilities so they hand off to each other automatically, for example a website that captures a lead, an automation that replies, and a CRM that tracks it.

Do you build mobile apps?

How do I pay?
Bank transfer (including international wire) or card via a secure payment link. All pricing is in USD.

How long does a project take?
Websites typically 2–4 weeks; automation and AI systems are phased, with the first release usually within weeks.
How involved do I need to be?
A kickoff workshop, milestone reviews and timely feedback.
What happens after launch?
30 days of support, then optional optimisation through a retainer.

Who owns the website and automations?
You do, including accounts, code, content and data.
Is my data safe with AI tools?
We use business-grade AI services, limit what data each tool can access and can host automation on infrastructure you control.
Will AI replace my staff?
No. It removes repetitive work so your people focus on clients and judgement.
