Orbirise is a Business Growth & Digital Systems business based in Baduria, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal 743401, India. We design and build websites, AI and automation systems for service and knowledge businesses.

In this policy, "Orbirise", "we", "us" and "our" mean Orbirise. "You" means anyone who visits orbirise.com or contacts us. If you have any question about how we handle your personal data, email info@orbirise.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to reply to you and to provide our services:

Forms: your name, email, phone number, company, website and anything you write in a message when you book a call, request an audit, contact us or apply to partner or work with us.

Calls and meetings: the details you share during a strategy call or discovery session, and notes we take. We only record a call if you agree first.

•

Cookies and analytics: how you use the website, such as pages viewed, the device and browser you use, your approximate location and the campaign that brought you here (for example UTM tags). See our Cookie Policy.

WhatsApp: your phone number, name and the messages you send us on WhatsApp, and whether you agreed to receive messages from us.

•

Email: the messages you send us and basic information about whether our emails are delivered and opened.

3. Why we use your information

To respond to you: to reply to enquiries, book calls and send the information you asked for.

•

To provide our services: to plan, build and support the systems you engage us for, to send invoices and to manage our relationship with you.

•

To improve the website: to understand which pages are useful and fix what isn't working.

•

Marketing, only with your consent: to send you updates, articles or offers by email or WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal data.

India: we process personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit a form or tick a consent box, and on legitimate uses permitted by the Act, such as responding to a request you made or meeting a legal obligation. You can withdraw consent at any time, and withdrawing it is as easy as giving it.

Visitors from the European Union and United Kingdom: where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), on the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you (for enquiries and projects), and on our legitimate interests in running and improving our business (for basic analytics and security).

We share personal data only with service providers (processors) that help us run Orbirise, and only as much as they need. They may only use it to provide their service to us:

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers store or process data outside India, for example in the United States or the European Union. When this happens we choose reputable providers, use the protections they offer (such as standard contractual clauses for EU data) and follow any restrictions set by the Government of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted or anonymised.

•

Client and project records: for the length of the engagement and up to 8 years after it ends, to meet accounting and tax rules.

•

Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

•

Analytics data: for the retention period set in our analytics tools, normally 14 months.

When we no longer need data, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

Ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it

Ask us to correct, complete or update it

•

Ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law

•

Withdraw your consent at any time

•

Nominate someone to exercise your rights if you are unable to

9. Grievance contact

If you have a concern or complaint about how we handle your personal data, contact our grievance contact by email at info@orbirise.com, or write to Orbirise, Baduria, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal 743401, India. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it within 30 days.

10. Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, tools or the law change. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and tell you directly if a change significantly affects how we use your data.
