Which tools do you use?
We use n8n, Make, Zapier or your CRM's built-in automation, depending on volume, budget and data-privacy needs. For high-volume or sensitive workflows we often self-host n8n so your data stays on infrastructure you control.
Is it really “AI”, or just automation?
Both. Rules handle predictable steps. AI handles the judgement steps: reading an enquiry, scoring intent, drafting a personalised reply, summarising a call or extracting details from documents.
What happens if an automation breaks?
